About Me

When I picked up my first digital camera in 2008 I started taking pictures of friends at a local bike race. I quickly realized that photographing a bike race is almost as exciting as being in a breakaway. Since then I’ve also discovered that photography is a lot about connecting with people, communities and our environment.

Many of the photos on this site are about bike racing, hence the name. You will also find other sports, travel, landscapes and people. The common theme through them all for me is being on the rivet – passionate and engaged about something that I love.

With the exception of some photo processing using AI, this site has been developed using organically created HI (human intelligence) with all the attributes, frailties, idiosyncrasies and quirks that come with it.

Thanks for visiting – I welcome your feedback.

If for some reason you believe a photograph should not be here then please contact me.

I would like to acknowledge and thank Rebecca Boss and Zofia Kumas for designing this website.
